Straight cutting of sheet materials

“Plastics-Ukraine provides straight-line cutting services for various types of plastic (acrylic, PVC, polystyrene, polycarbonate, etc.).

You can order this service from the central warehouse in Kyiv and in Kharkiv, Dnipro, Lviv and Odesa.

The cutting is carried out on Giben, Biesse, Striebig machines, which have a working area of 5100x2100 mm. The use of this class of equipment ensures fast and high-precision cutting (cutting accuracy is +/- 0.5 mm). Cutting of large batches of any materials as well as high-quality end of the workpiece. A better end face can only be obtained by laser cutting or after additional polishing.

Cutting of rolled materials

We prepare coiled materials to a more convenient width for your application   

We offer rolled materials (PET, PVC, PA/PE films, aluminum foil and others) with a width of 70 mm and more

Parameters of the roll included in cutting and rewinding:

- width up to 1200 mm

- weight up to 150 kg

- inner diameter of the sleeve (cardboard, plastic) - 76 and 152 mm

Cutting is performed according to an individual cut.

The cost of the service is calculated individually.
